Graphic Designer

• Ensure all design assets and collateral are on brand and adhere to the overall CMC guidelines
• Deliver assets to tight timelines that set the standard for design excellence, from ideation to prototypes to validation
• Translate brand principles, themes, and moods into strategic design frameworks
• Work with - and help guide - additional Freelance designers, ensuring mastery of design guidelines and processes 

Qualifications

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• 5+ years of professional visual design experience
• Highly developed design skills, demonstrated in your portfolio of recent work
• Confident presentation and storytelling abilities
• Fluent English communication capability is required
• Enthusiasm for and interest in the crypto industry essential
• Bachelor or Master degree in Art/Design, or equivalent professional experience

Preferred Technical And Professional Expertise

• Global design project experience is nice to have;
• Experience on branding design is nice to have;
• Working experience in big companies is nice to have;
• Experience in crypto is nice to have.
• Some Mandarin language ability is nice to have (not required);
