Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends, potential customers, and competitors' activities.
- Analyze industry data to evaluate market potential and identify areas for growth.
New Business Development:
- Identify and target prospective clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
- Qualify leads and opportunities, nurturing them through the sales funnel.
- Collaborate with other sales team members to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Relationship Building:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Conduct regular client meetings to understand their needs, gather feedback, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with the account management team to provide exceptional customer support.
- Demonstrate ability to follow-through on commitments and exceed expectations.
- Negotiate business terms to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
Partnership and Alliances:
- Identify and pursue strategic partnership opportunities that align with the company's objectives.
- Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with key stakeholders, industry influencers, and potential partners.
Sales Performance and Reporting:
- Track and analyze sales data to measure progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide regular reports to management on sales performance, market trends, and business development activities.
Continuous Improvement:
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of business development processes and strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of working experience in the web 3 industry.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or related roles within the technology sector. DeFi experience would be a significant advantage.
- Strong understanding of market research techniques and data analysis.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain successful client relationships.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and results-driven.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
Additional Information
This is a remote position and open for any location in Europe.
Experience in DeFi/Web3 is required to be considered and those currently working in Web3 firms will have a strong advantage.
