Primary Graphic Designer

• Lead the design team, ensuring that all design efforts align with the company's branding strategy and identity.
• Design and implement innovative brand advertising and marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistency of design and branding strategy across various media and platforms.
• Responsible for designing and creating a variety of marketing and sales materials for the company, both online and offline. 
•  Enjoys the interaction with partners in all functions and being a bridge between them with drive/high motivation and discipline.
•  A curious mind who doesn’t shy away from disagreements, but feels empowered to challenge each and every one on the team and in support functions.
•  Ability and desire to collaborate horizontally and vertically – guiding team members and partners and seeking group discussions with peers.
•  The resourceful person who has one foot in idealism and one foot in reality – understanding that designs need to meet targets. Passionate about designing for business results.
•  Stays up-to-date with design trends and technologies to create innovative and effective designs. 

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or a similar field. 
• 8-10 years of experience in design for brand and digital marketing, a plus if in a tech or fintech company or advertising agency. 
•  Excellent skills in graphic design, typography, color theory, Illustration, and composition. 
•  Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, innovation, and attention to detail. 
•  Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite and Figma. 
•  Strategic and thoughtful in the approach to design and branding. 
•  Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. 
• Strong perception of the normality and uniformity of the brand.
•  Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and meet tight deadlines. 
•  Experience in video and animation design is a plus.
