Our recent growth has created an opportunity for a Customer Experience Associate on our Customer Success team. As our CX Associate you will be responsible for providing top-notch services to our digital exchange customers as you identify their potential needs, respond to their inquiries, and ensure a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate has an engaging personality and a technical background, with a focus on delivering superior customer care.
• Deliver world-class service to our exchange product customers
• Communicate daily and build relationships with key stakeholders
• Collaborate with sales, development, and support teams to meet client needs
• Provide training to clients operating our exchange platform
• Respond to customer inquiries by phone, chat, and email
• Be proactive in anticipating and resolving customer issues
• Help develop and manage our customer success ecosystem
• Approaches requests creatively to maximize value for the client and Shift

This is a permanently remote position which requires working 40 hours per week. Salary depends on experience.
