This position is 100% remote, based in Mexico, and will report to the Controller.

As the Senior Treasury Analyst you will...

  • Manage vendor payments in order to streamline the process and ensure timely and accurate transactions are executed.
  • Prepare formal daily cash reports and company bank statements.
  • Support internal and external stakeholders.
  • Help maintain relationships with Banks and other external partners.
  • Participate in ad-hoc company projects and transactional tasks as needed.
  • Perform daily cash activities, positioning, planning and liquidity management to ensure adequate cash, and liquidity across multiple entities.
  • Prepare weekly cash flow analysis and managerial reports for planning in the conduct of daily cash management and treasury activities.

Who You Are

  • 3+ years of experience in treasury and accounts payable functions.
  • Experience in Fintech, Financial or Banking Industry is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational skills regarding documentation and file or record-keeping
  • Full suite of tools such as Quickbooks, Odoo, Precoro, Asana.
  • Strong proficiency with Excel.
  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Agile, flexible, and responsive approach to work.
  • Startup, fast paced environment.
  • Experience with Daily Cash Balance
