An exciting opportunity on our marketing team for a Visual Designer has developed for the right candidate, to design for our brand and marketing content across multiple channels. The ideal candidate has an interest in cryptocurrency and is motivated to own the design process from concept to execution. Shift provides an active and dynamic environment that will suit a reliable, driven and highly ambitious individual looking to develop a creative career in the world of finance.  This position is intended for candidates based in Argentina.

• Establish creative direction for the company

• Create animated web banners and landing pages for digital advertising

• Build presentations, produce infographics and develop marketing materials

• Design logos for clients

• Create mockups for exchange product

• Collaborate with executives, the marketing team and the sales team to bring ideas to life

• Design website and landing page assets

• Creative design sense focused on producing clean, professional results

• Deep understanding of fundamental design principles, typography and layout

• Expert proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite

• Strong proficiency with Figma or similar vector graphics editor

• Skills in video production and motion graphics a strong plus

• 2 to 4+ years of professional design experience

• Bachelor's degree

This remote-based position requires working 40 hours per week.  Compensation depends on experience.  This position is intended for candidates based in Argentina.
